We were asked by a development consultant in China Hainan provincial capital Haikou to review and redesign the existing design portfolio of Sea & Sky City to make the project better marketable to sell well. Their original design was too flat with all residential blocks on the same floor. We told them to need to have different floor heights in each block and from the back the highest height blocks gradually coming down to lowest height blocks in front. This design sold very well at least 90% residential units sold in Hainan and the developer was awarded the Best Urban Design in early 2011 in Haikou.
