• Eco - an approach with special consideration for environmental impacts of products' life cycles.
• Sustainable - environmental friendly with suburbs, farms, industrial areas and the environment.
• Integrated - a method emphasizes the development of a holistic design and in interdependence.
• Green - energy-conscious, waste-manageable, water-saving, solar-passive to built environment.
• Noble - blending of different elements to realize unique style and marries design with function.

Based on the philosophy which has a principle to explain, although humans and environment are different entities but are all part of the nature and the universe. At fundamental level no separation between our lives and immediate circumstances. This principle is further clarified examining the "Doctrine of the Three Domains": Domain of Self (Identity), Domain of Living Beings (Civilization), Domain of the Land (the Natural Environment).
